Happy 4th of July – Light up the Sky Card
Happy 4th of July my friend and hope you are spending your day with family and friends. We sure are as we are going to my friend Lorraine house for a 4th BBQ and fireworks as she lives close to a golf course in Carlsbad that will be shooting off the fireworks (this is one of my favorite holidays after Christmas).
Love, love this card I made usig the Light the Sky Die 162295 and Light the Sky Stamp set 162289 which are available on the Stampin Up Online Exclusive items. I used an old In Color Stay Sky for these cards and then took a white piece of card stock and using the stamping blends brushes using Daffodil Delight, Mellon Mambo, Granny Apple Green and Balmby Blue and colored the card stock stacking up the colors and then tape the white card stock into the inside of the card (I got the idea for this card from Kay at Stampig Smiles from a new years card she made). I used white craft ink and a stamping watercolor brush to spritz the white spots onto the card. So fun and love pretty and cool. I hope my family and friend will love this card. I sure do.
