Potions and Spells Fun Fold – Sept Orders Thank You card.
Love, love, love this fun fold card I created using the Potions and Spells Bundle 164357 that is only available on the SU On-line store, not an item in the Mini Sept Catalog that just started yesterday. I loved this bundle as soon as it was available back in August. SU did not put any Halloween items in the Mini Catalog which is a first and very disappointing to many demo’s like me (as you all know I love making Halloween cards and treats). So we had to take full advantage of this set and all the cute dies it comes with. The main card base is a piece of black card stock embosses with a new Embossing Folder called Forever Plaid 3D and just love it, its one of my favs. The fold part of the card is the Gorgeous Grape Card stock, and the purple DSP is from the Flowering Zinnias DSP. The Black and Grape Sparkle paper is from a paper pack I got at Micheals (since SU did not provided any Halloween DSP until now thru the Sept Scrapbook Catalog) so I went to Michael’s to find some cute card stock. The Green Sparkle paper is from the online store called Berry Burst, Old Olive and white Glimmer paper (from last years Christmas Mini Catalog) but still available online. I thought the sparkle paper would bring sparkle to my Halloween card. The white circle was cut out using the Deckled Circle Dies (still available in the online store). The lavender saying piece was cut out using the Greetings of the Season 164112 (online Exclusive dies but great tag dies). Such a fun card and a very cute card to receive and then send out to someone on your list. Have a great Friday my friends.
