Happy Hour
Hello to you all and happy Monday.
Today will start the week off with showing you the remaining 5 cards that were made at my “All New Things” SAS held on July 27th and 28th.
This is the 6th of 10 cards made and a fun card at that. I love all the colors and the design. I totally CASED this card and forgot whom I got the idea from.. but a great card and easy.

Today is the 5th of 10 cards made at my “All New Things” SAS held this past weekend.
I love the colors of this card and the new DSP in the catty along with the For the birds stamp set. It also uses the new Essentials Paper-Piercing Pack, Mat and Apothecary Accents Framlets Die.
What a fun card and again love the color combo.. Rich Razzleberry and Lime… love this.

Blooming with Kindess Card
Hello and welcome back.
Today is the 4th out of 10 cards made at my July “All New Things” SAS held this past weekend. This set was made with the Blooming with Kindess set and also used the Color Spritzer Tool on page 179 of the catty. You use the spritzer with a pen and really gives out a nice spray. I know its hard to see on the picture below but promise.. really neat. I also used the So Sorry set too.

Today is the 3rd of 10 cards made at my July “All New Things” SAS held this past weekend.
When the new catty came out this was one of the sets that caught my eye and became one of my favorite sets in the new catty. I love the layout of this card and the colors as it uses some of the new In-Colors from the new catty.

Daydream Medalion Card
Welcome back…
Today is the 2nd of 10 cards made at my “All new things” SAS that was held this past weekend.
This card is made using the new Daydream Medalion set along with the new Floral Framlet die from the new catty. The thank saying is from the Itty Bitty Banner stamp set along with the Itty Banner die. The card looks like a like of work but after the items are cut they make for an easy card.
A fun card and very pretty..

Animal Talk Card
Happy Monday my friends, Hope you all had a great weekend. I sure did and had a blast with all my stamping friends at my July “All New Things” SAS that I held this past weekend.
FIRST I WANT TO THANK ALL MY STAMPING LADIES WHO WERE ABLE TO RESCHEDULE AND COME TO MY SAS THIS WEEKEND INSTEAD OF LAST WEEKEND (DUE TO MY MOM’S SURGERY) I APPRECIATE YOU ALL CHANGING YOUR PLANS AND GLAD MOST OF YOU COULD COME. SORRY TO THE 5 OTHER LADIES THAT COULD NOT BUT THEY WILL GET THEIR CARDS PACKS SO THEY ARE HAPPY.. SO THANKS AGAIN MY FRIENDS.. APPRECIATE YOUR CHANGE…
When the girls come to my SAS they make 10 cards. I have all the cards cut up and ready to go and all they do is stamp the items and put the cards together. The cost for my SAS is $25.00 for 10 cards, lunch (or light dinner) and door prizes.. not a bad deal for only $25.00. The girls love it and have a lot of fun.
Today is the 1st of 10 cards made at my July SAS held this past weekend. As you know I don’t have any kids but have one dog that we love very much (and miss our Abby that we gave to my cousin in April) very much.. but when I saw this Animal Talk stamp set in the new catty, I knew I had to get it make a card from it. I also know that some of my stampers are also dog lovers so a good fun card to make at my SAS.
I also got the idea for this card from the new catty and then added a few items to change it up a bit. I loved the finished cad. So easy and fun.

Good News… mom getting out of the hospital…
Hi Everyone,
Great news, my mom will be released from the hospital this afternoon and moved into the skilled nursing facitilty for at least 3 weeks of rehab. She is still not strong enough to get up on her own and do things, so the next 3 weeks will be getting her back in shape so she can return to her home at Fairwinds and see her friends again. She was very happy to hear the news and more alert today so that was huge, she actually smiled at the Surgeon.. so that was good news after 5 days and he was happy to see it too.
Thanks for all my stamping ladies that were able to reschedule my SAS and come this weekend… thanks gals as it was much apprecicated… can’t wait to see you all on Friday and Saturday and stamp…

No Post this week
Hi Girls,
I won’t post the cards from my SAS yet as I had to postpone it due to my mom having emergency surgery on Wed night for Bowel Obstruction. The surgery went well but I have been in the hospital with her a lot as her memory is not very good and she gets a bit confused in addition to not doing well. My brother Criag and I took turns staying with her. We hope that she gets out by Wed of this week and then will go to a skilled nursing home for 3 week of rehab. Hopefully after that she will be able to go back to her home and see her friends again and go back to her normal activites.
The PT came in yesterday and got my mom up and moving. She walked an entire hall way which was excellent and after I left yesterday my bro got her to walk it again.. so that is huge. She is not eating yet as they want her bowels to settle but on a feeding tube for liquids and other vitamens. They hope to get her eating today and then after she goes to the bathroom will be moved to the skilled nursing.
Keep my mom in your prayers for a speedy recovering.. for an 86 year old woman, she came through the surgery very well. So we were happy about that.
Thanks for your understanding this week, as Friday and Saturday this week will be my SAS… so glad most of the girls could make the change to this weekend.. thank you all and for those getting card packs.. thanks…

Music Box – July Hostess Club Project
Happy Friday my friends,
I am so glad its Friday and also excited as tonight is my July Stamp-a-stack (SAS) where I have 8 ladies coming tonight and 12 coming on Saturday.. so another fun times at my house.
Below is the July Hostess project for my Hostess club members. I started a hosted club with the new catty release and I have 7 very nice ladies that joined my club. Each member has to order $22.00 worth of SU Catty stuff and then once a month one of them is the hostess and gets to take advantage of the hostess rewards. Included with the club, I provide my club members with a project to do each month. I don’t have time to have all my members come to my house to make the project each month (also its a bit of a distance for some) so I prepare the projects and provide each member with a PDF on how to make the project. That way they can make it on their own time but when ready have the directions to make the project.
This project was from the June Stampin Success Magazine but SU did not give us the dimensions in order to make the box, so I had to figure it out on my own (which I did ) and proud of myself. The only change I made from the original was using the Daydream Medallions stamp set, Itty Bitty Banner Stamp set, the Floral Frames Framelits die and Bitty Banners Framelit die. The paper used to make the box is Natural Composition Specialty Designer paper.

Besty Blossom’s Flower Card
Hello my friends,
Today’s card was my June hostess Thank you Card to my club members. I cased the card from another demo but don’t remember her name (sorry) but then I took the card and made it my own with using the new in-colors from the new catty. I think both card are really pretty and super easy to make. I used Besty Blossom’s stamp set for the flower and then used the Blossom punch to punch out the flower.. Such a cool design on the punch..also an easy card too.
This was the card I cased and gave to my hostess club members for June.
This is the version of the card I made for a card swap.
Such easy cards and so fun too.
