Mixed Bunch

Hi there and welcome back,

Today is another card made at my SAS I held a weekend ago and is one of my favorite cards that was made. I saved my two favorite for the last of the SAS cards so come back tomorrow for my favorite overall.. at least for me it was my fav…  this card was popular too and I love the colors I used.

This card was made from all new products in the new mini catalog except the main card paper (Indigo & Baja Blue), Petals punch, and blushing bride ink pad.

I used the Blushing Bride 3/8″ Pleated Satin Ribbon, Twitterpated Designer Series paper, Twitterepaded Designer Button, Island Indigo Bakers, Twine Mixed bunch stamp set, Blossom punch, Adoring Accents Textured Impressions Embossing Folder.. all new items from the Mini catalog.  The leaves were punched using the Petals punch from the main catalog.   The Happy Birthday saying was from another stamp set but can’t think of the name now.. sorry.

What a fun card and an original.. if I do say so myself, it turned out good..

Have a great day.

Tea Shoppe

Hello my friends, hope you are having a good day so far.

Today’s card is another card made at my SAS I held a week or so ago and was a big hit.  This card was directly cased from the card the girls made at Regionals this year.   I loved it so much I had to make sure my girls made it too.    I think I may have changed the suede background on the card from the original – but not sure.. but I used the  lines embossing folder.  The only items that I used that was not SU products were the yellow flower and blue button….

Thanks for stopping in today, come back tomorrow for more exciting fun.

Mouthwatering…. goodness

Hello and welcome back my friends,

Today’s card is a card I cashed directly from Mary Fish at Stampin pretty.  I loved this card and just had to have everyone make it as it was just too done cute.   I love the new mouthwatering set in the mini as you can do ice cream cones,  fruit, etc.. so many possibilities with this set.   I loved using the Popsicle as Mary just did such a great job that I did not change a thing.. ok maybe I changed the color brads or Bakers Twine.. but thats it.   This card used the Sweet Shop Designer series paper on page 33 of the mini catalog and I have to say, its my favorite paper so far… can be used for so many different cards… The tag on the card was done using Labels Collection Framlets Die, we just hide the rest of the die under the popsicle image.

What a fun card.. I just loved it and hope you did too.. but all the credit goes to Mary Fish at stampin pretty…

Thanks for stopping in today and come back tomorrow for more fun.

P.S. I love you Hearts

Happy Monday my friends.. that is if you can call a Monday a happy day for those of us that work…..yuck.. I like Friday’s better..heeeeeeeeeee.  Either way, I hope you all had a great weekend and did something fun.  I spent time with my mom so that was nice and we had fun shopping and dinner out on Saturday.   Hubby got home safe late Sunday so that was good and he did well at his match and enjoyed his boys time…  I love my time away with the girls.. so know what he means…

Today’s card is a card I cased out of the Mini catalog and the only item I changed was the red glitter heart that I added instead of a pink color. The pink backgound on the card used the Perfect Details Textured Plate,  The 4 main little hearts on the card were punched out using the new Fashionable Hearts Embosslits Die (page 35 of the new mini catalog) .  The red glitter heart was punch out with the heart punch.   This card also used Bakers twine to just add a little touch.  The saying and border design on the tag were from the new P.S. I love you stamp set from the mini and used the modern label punch to put out the saying.  Also the ribbon on the card is the Blushing Bride 3/8″ Pleated Satin Ribbon on page 12 of the mini catalog.   What a fun cute card and could be used as Valentines or a anniversary card…

Happy Day to you all and come back tomorrow for more fun.

Send me Soaring

Happy Friday my friends.   Boy what a long week as I am glad its finally Friday.   My hubby is off today to a drive to AZ for a shooting match with his buddies, so I am all alone with my dogs this weekend.  But that is ok, it leaves me time to stamp and spend some time with my mom.

Today’s card is another card made at my SAS held this past weekend.  I got the idea from this card from the Mini catalog and then made it my own.    This send me soaring set is new in the mini and so cute as it can be used for all kinds of cute cards.  The hearts boarder on the bottom was made from the Adoring Accents Textured Embossing folders which is new in the catalog too.   Such a fun card and could be used as a birthday card too, just change the saying.

Have a great weekend my friends and make sure you stop by again Monday for more stamping fun.

Hearts Card

Hello my friends and welcome back.

Today’s card is another card made at my SAS held this past weekend. I totally cased thsi card from Mary Fish at Stampin Pretty as she has a great blog with great ideas.   I loved this card as  if you did not need any Valentines, you could use it as a wedding card or anninversay card as its not really valentine colors and my customers appreciated that.

Again this card used a new product that is in the mini called Heats Collection – Framelits Dies.    You get about 7 sizes of hearts from this die set and so easy to use.  You can not only cut through the paper to make these hearts, you can also embosss with these.. so two items in one.  For this card I used 3 sizes of the hearts die and so fun and easy to use.  I also used the hearts punch to punch out the white heart and used the P.S. I love you stamp set (also new in the mini catalog) to stamp the love saying.   Oh I fogot the trim at the bottom done in peach was done using the Edglits Dies – Adoring Accents).   The Designer paper that was used is the Free paper out of the Sale-a-bration catalog called Everyday Enchantment Designer series paper.

Love this card and the colors.. so great together.  Thanks Mary for the idea.

Have a great day my friends and stop by again tomorrow…….

Blossom’s Punch Card

Happy Hump Day my friends,

Welcome back my friends.   Today is another card made at my Occasions Mini SAS I held this past weekend.    I cased this card from another demo and the only change I made was to change the designer paper I used to punch the flower out with.  This card was so fun as it used a lot of new stuff that is in the new mini catalog.

First I used the Adoring Acceents Edgelits Die (to cut the paper trim top) then used the Adoring Accents Textured Impression Embossing Folder to emboss the poppy card underneath the flowered paper I cut.  Then I used the Blossom Punch to punch out the  flower on the new Everyday Enchantement DSP (both pieces of dsp on this card are from this set) and you can only get this paper free with the Sale-a-bration that just started today.  Spend $50.00 and this Designer paper is your FREE.. yes I said FREE..   Also the brad I used on the card is also a sale-a-bration item called Everyday Enchantment Ribbon and Brad pack.. and such cute brads.. Again spend $50.00 and this Brad and Ribbon set are FREE..

The Thoughts of You words used on this card is also a new stamp set in the mini catalog called Loving Thoughts.

So lots of new stuff on this card, the only peice that is not new is the paper which is Poppy.

A fun and really easy card to make but elegant.

Come back tomorrow for more fun.

Fresh Vintage – SAB Set

Hello and welcome back..

Today’s post is another of the 10 cards made at my Occasions SAS held this past weekend.  This card was made using the new Fresh Vintage stamp set which is a Sale-a-bration set and can’t be bought.  The only way to get this stamp set is to buy $50.00 worth of product and get it for FREE.. Yes I said FREE… Sale-a-bration starts today.. so excited…  such great stuff in the sale-a-bration catalog.. and it runs through March 31, 2012 so you have plenty of time to look through the catalog and order.

This card also used the Framelits Dies – Labels Collection.. another great product from the Occasions Mini catalog.. I love these and used them on several cards as you will.   They are so fun and easy to use and fun for layering too.

Enjoy your day and see you again tomorrow.
