March SAS Friday Girls

Had a great night with all my stamping friends. I have 3 tables set up and can sit 6 each so if I had to I could have 18 stampers at a time would be tight but still fun.
March SAS Table Set Up at my house

My table sets ups in my garage with 2 stamping table and 1 table set up in the dining room. I have enough chairs that 22 ladies could stamp at a time.. Would be crazy but mostly I have 12 to 14 ladies a day so plenty of room to move around and do the cards. Love my stamping ladies and all their support of other job that I love. I do work full time but stamping up is my hobby and other part time job. Love it. Some day it will be my full time job.
Waves of the Ocean Door Prize Cards

This is the 3rd set of cards made with the Waves of Inspiration bundle 158841 as door prizes cards for my March SAS. As I have said before the girls not only make 9 cards but then they go home with 3 more cards already made as a door prize. I made these door prizes cards with the Waves set and love this set as it is going to be in the new catty, but the great DSP that is shown on one of the cards will not. So sad as this paper is so pretty and makes the wave card. If you checked out the Wave Card made at the SAS you will see why. Anyway, had fun making these cards as door prizes.
Flowering Rain Boots Door Prize Cards

Flowering Rain Boot bundle 157691. This is the 2nd of 3 door prize card made for my March SAS as not only do the girls go home with 9 cards they made, they will then go home with 3 more addtional cards as door prizes.. So they leave with 12 cards. Not a bad deal for $40.00 and a fun day of stamping. My sister Ruth makes there great door prize cards for me, as I could never get this all done in time. Thanks sis for the great cards.
Seas The Day Door Prize Cards

Seas the Day Door prizes cards made with the Seas the Day Bundle 157858. At my SAS the girls make 9 cards but then get 3 more cards as a door prize. My sister made these great cards as a door prize for my march SAS. My sister worked hard on these and what great cards they are. Love them all, Thanks sis.
Paradise Palms Card # 9 March SAS

This is the 9th and final card made at my March SAS I held last weekend. I totally cased this card from Patty Bennett from her Youtube post on 1/21/22. This card usese the Paradise Palms stamp set 157716. The card base is from the Memories and More Cards and envelopes 157958 as you get a matching Envelope. I cut the basic White card stock with the Stitched Retangles die 151820, then used the follow Ink pads and Blending brushes 153611 with Coastal Cabana and Bermuda Bay for the Ocean. For the sunset you use So Saffron, Mango Melody, Calypso Coral and Flirty Flamingo. As you can see I used the same colors on both card and both are different every time. Also we used a sticky note and cut out a 1/38 circle to place on the top part before using the brushes. I then used Soft Suede for the rocks and palm trees and Granny Apple Green for the palms. Then used Linen Thred and made a bow. Love this card and as soon as I watched Patty’s video I knew it was a card to make at the March SAS. I was right as all the girls loved it. It was some work but came out great for all.
Waves of the Ocean Card # 8 March SAS

Waves of the Ocean Collection 161797 is only available to pre-order thru March 31st. But then the collection will be in the new Main Catalog coming out May 2022. I cased this card from Stampin up and all the items are from the Ocean Collection. Such a great card with the waves and the paper that just mark the card. The ocean collections has everything you need to make this card except the Night of Navy and Basic White Card stock. With the Wave of Inspiration Stamp set 158833 you stamp the wave image in Coastal Cabana onto Basic White card stock and then cut it out with scissors and the cut the other wave die from the Wave Dies 158840 with the Blue Foil Specialty Paper 159983 and then the cloud images from the dies. The Waves of the Ocean Designer Series Paper 159982 is the main factor on the card and let me tell you its the best DSP stampin Up as ever designed its so beautiful. This card has to be seen in person as it such a great card.
Flowering Tuplips Card # 7 March SAS

Love this flowering Tuplips bundle 157678 as you can make great cards from this bundle. I got the idea for this card from Jennifer Colton Youtube Video on 1/24/22. I changed my card up a bit using a different DSP on my card. Such a beautiful card once you know how to put the flower together that is. I used Highland Heather as my card base, and then the Flowering Tulips DSP 157670, and a piece of vellum and cut it out using the Scallop and Contours die 155560, I cut the flower using the Simply Marbleous DSP (which was free during SAB but not available anymore), and Pear Pizzazz ink to stampin on the leaf and stem images and cut them out using the dies. The purple bow was made from the Goregous Grape Ribbon 154572 and the cut butterflies on the vellum are the Brushed Brass Butterflies 158136. Such a pretty card and a lot of work putting the tulips together but after you know how its a breeze. A great card and can be given for any occasion. Enjoy.
Blessing Home Card # 6 March SAS

Love this card and cased it from Cathy Bethel pinstrest post on 12/15/21 and on her blog Mainmountainstamper.blogspot.com. Love this card and knew I had to make it for my 6th card for the March SAS I held last weekend. This card was made from the Blessings of Home Bundle 157939. It also uses the Heart and Home Memories & More Cards and Envelopes 157958 which comes with 10 big striped cards and envelopes and 10 smaller cards and envelopes. A great card pack when you need quick cards and don’t have time to cut card stock and the matching envelope is the best part. The blue scallop tag was cut out using Navy Paper and the die cut Scalloped Contours dies 155560, with the Hearts & Home DSP on top of that 157928, then I stamped the flower image and colored with several different stamping blends Balmy Blue, Misty Moonlight, Daffodil Delight, and soft succulent then cut out using the Blessing Home die. I cut out the leaves in Soft Succulent and Night of Navy with one of the leaves dies. I used the Heart & Home Doilies 157956 and turned it over and used the white back side. Night of Navy ink was used to stamp the birthday saying from the Blessing of HOme stamp set. Then I used the Polished Dots 158134 on the side of the words. Such a great card from Cathy. Thanks for the inspiration Cathy and the case.
Your Biggest Fan Card # 5 March SAS

Loved this card and totally cased it from Meg Loven Youtube video posted on 1/31/222. Such a great fun fold using the DSP as the front part and all other fun dies to cut out the items on the front of the card. This card was made using the Your Biggest Fan Bundle 157892. Meg did a great job designing the card and all the items she added on it. All the items on the front were die cut out using the Sports Event Dies and then stamping the dirt marks with the stamp set and Crumb Cake Ink. The Blue ticket tages were stamped using the star stamp set with Night of Navy ink. The stars on the front of the card were from the Resin Stars 158141 and the Red Twine was from the Fan Bakers Twine 158143, the star DSP and the flags were from the Hey Sports Fan DSP 157887. The dies are great in this set as it cut out the flags from the DSP images and all the cool items on the front of the card. The Inside card stock is Very Vanilla and used the stamp set and Blue and Bumbee ink to stamp the images. Check out Meg’s video on how to create this great card, as it was a fun card to make and a great card for any sports fan on your list. Enjoy.
