Party Hearty Balloons

Happy Wednesday my friends, only 2 more days until the weekend..yippee.   Today is my friend Evie’s 50th Birthday and all the BFF’s are going out tonight to celebrate her big Day.  Happy 50th Birthday my dear friend, we love you.  Today’s card is another card done at last years Birthday SAS.  This card was easy to do with lots of layers and fun.

Paper:  Bashful Blue,  Certainly Celery, White,  2009 Sell-a-bration designer paper

Ink:  Black, Bashful Blue

Accessories:  Big Shot,  Balloon Die (Non SU), Scallop Border Punch, Scallop Circle Punch, Pennant Die Cut, Ribbon.
