Cute Little Box
Happy Hump Day my friends. Man it is still so very hot in SD. As much as I wanted the warmer weather to arrive and finally have a summer… I would prefer it be in the 70’s instead of 90’s. We hardly get 90’s by the coast but this week, that is all we have had. My hubby and I don’t have air so its a bit warm at night and talk about warm in my craft room.. oh well at least the warm weather has finally arrived. Today’s post is showing a close up of the door prize I made the girls at my SAS I had this weekend. The idea came from Angie Kennedy and then I took the idea and used the Autumn Spice DSP and boy did these turn out cute. These are also going to be made at our Rubba Sisters Fall Festival held on Saturday Oct 9th. They are pretty easy to make. You take a 6 x 6 piece of paper and then score at 2 on all four sides. Then you score up the middle of each corner up to the next score line to get the inside fold. Then fold all score lines and then fold and fold middle part in. Punch a hold on all 4 inside fold lines and then place the binder in them to hold it. Put any item you can into the box as I used Chocolates that worked well, add some ribbon and you are done. Have a great day my friends and stay cool if you live in the San Diego area.
