Scenic Season

Happy Monday my friends,

I had a good weekend and kept busy. My husband was away this weekend in AZ for a shooting match and he did well, but got home very late last night, so I was alone most of the weekend but had fun. I did a movie and dinner with my friend Lorraine on Thursday and then it was girls night out for dinner on Friday for my friend Lorraine who left for NY on Saturday and won’t be back in CA until March 2011, we will miss you buddy. Saturday and Sunday was mostly stamping and getting things ready for my Christmas SAS I am having this weekend. Here is a sneak peak of 1 of the 10 cards the girls will be making.

This stamp set is called Scenic Season and its so beautiful and easy to make cards with. I used Gold Encore Craft ink and then embossed the image by spreading gold embossing powder over the image and then heat set it with our heat gun. It does not take long but the effect is what is so wonderful as the image raises as its being heated.
