I got the idea for this card from Melisa Davies.

Love this card as it uses the Fringe Scissors to make this fun card.

Stamp set: Another Great Year

Paper:  White, Coastal Cabana, Pool Party, Soft Sky and Bermuda Bay

Ink:  Black, Bermuda Bay

Accessories:  White Ribbon, Oval Framelit dies. Fringe Scissors
