Bubble Over Birthday Gift Card Holder SAS # 9

Hi there,

Today is the 9th card of 10 made at my April Birthday SAS.  I cased this card from Dawn Griffin who also did a great video on how to make this card.   Check out Dawn’s Video on Youtube on how to create this card.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0_ORm5sWBKA.  This card has so many parts to it, it took me 2 hours to cut up everything for this card for 40 cards.
